Sue Pfohl
President
Sue is native of Indianapolis. She lived and worked in the Evansville area from 1976 until her return to Indianapolis in 2011. Sue has four children, Diane, Craig, Stephen, and Tricia. Now a leading real estate agent with F.C. Tucker, Sue represents clients in Indianapolis, Hamilton, and Hendricks Counties, helping them to find their perfect home.
Sue serves as GACC President, leading advocacy efforts on behalf of our community.
Ted Cotterill
Vice President
An Indy native, Ted lives in Allisonville with his wife, Sarai. Ted serves as Indiana Chief Privacy Officer and as General Counsel for our state’s data analytics agency, where he leads Indiana’s enterprise privacy program. His role with the state is to guide IT, governance, and AI initiatives, catalyzing innovation for the benefit of Hoosiers. This follows more than a decade of public service in the regulatory, health, and technology sectors.
Ted believes in the GACC mission and its continued role in shaping a bright future for the Greater Allisonville Community.
GiGi Caito
Secretary-Treasurer
A lifelong Indianapolis resident, Gigi and her husband Frank have lived in the Allisonville area since 1982. They have two adult children, Andrew, an Indianapolis resident in the Garfield Park neighborhood, and Emily who lives in Cincinnati. Interested in policies that affect her neighborhood, Gigi became involved with GACC when a nearby neighborhood faced a city mandate that most did not feel was necessary. Impressed with GACC’s support of the residents’ best interests, she volunteered to join the board to record meeting minutes.
Gigi is retired but keeps busy volunteering at For the Birds of Indiana, a rehab facility for injured wild birds. She tries to live by J. M. Barrie’s wise words: “Always try to be a little kinder than is necessary.”
Joseph Goeller
Director
Joe Goeller joined the GACC Board of Directors in early December, 2009. He has been a Fairfields-Sylvan homeowner since December, 1978. After graduating with a BA degree in history from Indiana University – Bloomington, he served as a US Army Captain for eight years active duty and reserves.
Joe retired after 37 years in the insurance industry, including being a casualty claim manager and a security analyst auditing claim offices across the USA. He currently acts as a ward chairman in Indianapolis, is president of the Fairfields-Sylvan Neighborhood Association, and serves as secretary of his IU fraternity alumni association. Joe’s duties as GACC executive director include serving as liaison to 22 neighborhood groups.
Jason DeArman
Director
Jason and his wife Kara live in Steinmeier Estates and have two children. Their daughter Avery is in fifth grade and their son Charlie is in first grade at Allisonville Elementary in Marion County’s Washington Township. Jason has many community affiliations including the National Association of Realtors, the Indiana Association of Realtors, the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, where he was part of the 2013-2014 Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL) class, and recently served as an RPAC At-Large Trustee. He currently serves as a member of the MIBOR Finance Committee. Jason and his family are members at Tabernacle Presbyterian Church, TAB. He also serves on the Marion County Citizens Police Complaint Board.
Don Melloy
Director
Don retired from AT&T after 36 years in various management positions. He has been a GACC Director since 1997, serving as Greater Allisonville’s Treasurer for many years, with particular knowledge of building and signage codes in Marion County.
Don is renowned in the Indianapolis area for his wood-working skills, gathering with friends every year in his workshop to make wooden toys for children as a Christmas charity project.
Andy McNeilly
Director
Andy McNeilly and his wife Cid have lived in the Eastwood neighborhood for more than 35 years. They have three sons who attended Washington Township schools and graduated from North Central High School. He is a University of Illinois graduate with a degree in Architecture and is now retired after working in K-12 and Higher Education facility design since 1987. Andy and Cid are members of Castleview Church where he serves in leadership as an elder.
Mo McReynolds
Director
Mo McReynolds currently serves as the Community Engagement Manager of the Office of Sustainability for the City of Indianapolis. She is a native Indianapolis resident and grew up in the Broad Ripple area. She currently lives in the Glendale area with her husband, Joe, and two dogs, Cleo and Jacks.
Mo’s love for community and making connections for more productive work draws her to join the Greater Allisonville Community Council.
Crystal White
Director
A longtime resident of Indianapolis, Crystal resides in Steinmeier with her son. She has two children: Blake, a student in Washington Township, and her daughter Ashley, who works for MSD of Washington Township and also lives in the area.
Crystal holds the positions of Realtor and VP of Agent Development at F.C. Tucker. Her professional focus lies in coaching and guiding leaders within the Real Estate industry. She has actively participated in various committees and groups that influence the real estate landscape in Indianapolis, aiming to enhance consumers’ experiences when purchasing or selling homes in the area.
Crystal joined GACC to make meaningful connections and contribute more to her community.
